Details about the More LIfe Weekend
What is the Format?
The training will consist of a combination of activities and experiences. We'll alternate between a lecture-style and work in smaller groupings (pairs, triplets, and small teams). There are experiential activities interspersed throughout the training.
What should I wear?
Please plan to dress in business casual attire. We vary the location for the training depending on registration and often the sites that are hosting us require a dress code. Also, please plan to dress in layers, as room temperatures are always unpredictable.
Should I bring my book?
You don't need to read the book in advance of the training, but it is helpful if you can bring it with you. We may use exercises out of the book and you may want to have your answers written in your particular book.
How are meals handled?
There will be working lunches with your team both Saturday and Sunday mid-day. We will have made arrangements for you and your team to do your working lunch at nearby restaurants. You are responsible for the cost of your lunch so please be sure to bring money to cover those meals.
How do I register?
You will be emailed a registration and release form for the training. Please be sure to bring it with you the Friday evening of the training.
Is there a cost or deposit?
There are a limited number of seats available for our events. We have to turn people away once we've exceeded our capacity. By registering for a training and supplying your credit card, you are committing to a reserved seat with a $50 no show deposit. If you do not attend AND do not cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the training, the $50 fee will be charged to you. If you attend the event or cancel in advance so that your place can be given to someone else, we will refund your $50.
